Today The Convenience announce Like Cartoon Vampires, the newest full-length offering from the New Orleans rock duo, out April 18 via Winspear. The announcement comes with a punchy new track, “I Got Exactly What I Wanted” and a new video. If you hadn’t been paying close attention, it may have seemed that the band’s Duncan Troast and Nick Corson have been taking it easy since 2021’s Accelerator, but the two have been busy backing Video Age and Hovvdy on tour and honing a refreshing new sound. Across thirteen vivid, angular tracks, The Convenience explores an invigorating sound that's just a tad psychedelic on the new record, available to pre-order on Transparent Red vinyl, cassette, and CD.
