city: Los Angeles“Talk About It” is the result of spending all my money on trauma therapy twice a week during quarantine. Driving my partner who was cooped up with me crazy by spinning in circles talking and obsessing about the same things everyday. I learned a lot about myself and my childhood, and for a while I had a hard time not living in that darkness. I felt like I was looking for a puzzle piece that didn’t exist every time I revisited certain traumatic experiences. I know, I talked about it all the time. Now I accept the things I can’t change or whatever. 🤪
