city: Los AngelesSinger/songwriter and producer Eyedress and Mac DeMarco return with their latest collaboration, “My Simple Jeep,” out now via RCA Records. The second joint release from the duo, “My Simple Jeep” follows their single “The Dark Prince,” which was released this past August. Written by Eyedress and Mac alongside Zach Fogarty, “My Simple Jeep” is a laid-back, guitar-driven production that finds the pair singing about the simpler things in life. The release of “My Simple Jeep” is accompanied by its music video, directed by Sandy Kim, which sees Eyedress and Mac transported to an imaginative world constructed of cardboard and papier-mâché.
Signing to RCA Records this year, Eyedress has released a number of records, including “Flowers & Chocolate,” the two-pack project Escape From The Killer, and a lively tribute to his childhood, “Teen Mom.” Earlier this summer, Eyedress performed at Head In The Clouds Festival and is set to headline The Novo in Los Angeles on October 21.
Earlier this year, Mac released the instrumental album Five Easy Hot Dogs and One Wayne G, a collection of 199 pieces of music that clocked a run time of close to nine hours.
