ABOUT THIS BAND
Bench Press are a Naarm/Melbourne based post-punk band who play high energy, cathartic, danceable music inspired by the likes of Devo, The Jesus Lizard, and Talking Heads.
Returning from an extended Covid related break which saw members scattered between countries, Bench Press return with 'A Split 7' Between Friends', in conjunction with the the wildly eccentric Dr Sure's Unusual Practice; two songs each of fast paced, neurotic post-punk for Now. Out September 22nd 2022.
