Following on from last year's releases, VALA are ecstatic to announce the release of their first EP, propper, 'I Love The Sound'. Featuring last years singles 'You Don't Want My Love', 'This Town', 'Swimming' and 'Don't Think Twice (It's Not Alright)' as well as several new tracks and new single 'It's Magic'.
With a genre-crossing sound, VALA, are a fusion of indie rock and pop, incorporating melodic hooks and smooth guitar riffs which has seen them likened to indie giants like The Strokes, so it's no wonder legendary producer of the bands first two albums, Gordon Raphael, took an interest in the band and helped guide them on this record. This E.P. brings a close to this generation of tracks before new music and shows on the horizon.
VALA will be playing a special E.P. launch show on June 12th at The Eagle Inn in Salford.
