ABOUT THIS BAND

Over the years, Tommy Cossack and his band of Degenerators have developed and dishevelled into one of London’s most chaotic nights out. Self-described as London’s wildest freak-synth-punk outfit.

Tommy Cossack and The Degenerators are a punch-in-the-face of a live experience, The six-piece tastefully layering the raucous elements found in Australian freak-punk over rock ’n’ roll tendencies.

Originally a lofi-egg-punk bedroom recording project formed in the filth of London's dampest rental properties during 2021. Since then, the enigmatic Tommy Cossack recruited a trusty backing band of Degenerators, featuring members of some of London's finest bands; a rhythm section composed of three members Beige Banquet and Maripool on guitar and backing vocals.

The band spent 2023, doggedly playing London's grimiest venues as well as venturing out to Rotterdam's Left of the Dial Festival, and they quickly became infamous for their powerful and chaotic live shows and intense onstage performances.
