Originally from Iran, Taranoya is the experimental ethereal producer and vocalist based in Portland that creates lush dreamy atmospheres combined with ambient experiments. She strives to create music that leaves room for contemplation and playfulness. Her compositional finesse combined with textured atmospheric instrumentation and dreamlike vocals help to create music that is a soundtrack to dreams. Though very personal, the music always translates into universal longings. Her debut and sophomore albums are on SAL.
