Salary Boy

Stockholm transplant Salary Boy, aka Otto, lives a double life in London. By day he’s just a desk jockey like everyone else, but at night he becomes the Salary Boy – a bonafide party machine with a penchant for fever-pitched house feelings.

Having spent his formative years in Manchester – the cultural heartland of the UK scene – Otto graduated school and DJing the Manchester circuit to producing floor-fillers from his new London base. His debut EP ’Tricks’ on Shadow City Records was an instant sellout following heavy support from good friend Mall Grab, and after releases on Steel City Dance Discs, and Polish imprint Astropical Tapes, Otto can now be found playing parties across the UK and beyond.

A natural party lover and keen record digger, Salary Boy’s character is reflected in his uplifting house sets. Spinning tunes both old and new, Otto’s fondness for throwing in the unexpected keeps club-dwellers on their toes. Between lighting up dancefloors Salary Boy can be found in the booth at Netil Radio each month running the Steel City Dance Discs show with labelmate Loods, or planning the next Mutual Trust party.

With a host of releases locked in for 2019, Salary Boy is most certainly one to watch.
