Infusing atmospheric alternative rock with sensational undertones of pop and hip-hop, producer, singer/songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Lyndsey Gunnulfsen has helmed a dark, endearing underworld in her project PVRIS. Amassing over 700 million streams worldwide throughout her decade-long career, Gunnulfsen has catapulted the project across genres over three critically-acclaimed studio LPs. The 2014 debut “White Noise” released via Rise Records earned massive commercial success on Billboard’s alternative charts, and was expeditiously recognized with a silver certification in the United Kingdom. Her sophomore LP, “All We Know of Heaven, All We Need of Hell” debuted in the Top Five of BIllboard’s Top Alternative Albums chart in 2017, in conjunction with momentous live debuts at Coachella, Reading and Leeds, and Lollapalooza. In 2019, the project’s electrifying third studio LP “Use Me” was unveiled via Warner Records, featuring the Marshmello-assisted alternative hit, “Hallucinations,” and numerous collaborations ranging from American hip-hop artist 070 Shake, to British pop-powerhouse Raye. Gunnulfsen’s dynamic vocal abilities transcend effortlessly across her largely self-produced catalog, from enchanting and angelic harmonies, to aggressive, post-hardcore deliveries that rival metal extraordinaires.
