Foxgluvv is an unapologetically queer DIY pop artist who has created the perfect score for your late night party with her signature ‘hungover-pop’ sound. Blending the lyrics and aesthetics of modern left field pop music with her love of the 80s, Foxgluvv's music is packed with dreamy synths, lo-fi beats, camp and extravagance.
Debuting in 2017, Foxgluvv released her first single 'Crush' which immediately caught the attention of critics and listeners around the world, added to Spotify's Fresh Finds and Australia Viral 50 and received radio plays from BBC Radio 1. Following the success of 'Crush' Foxgluvv released a run of singles that further established her as a unique queer voice within the pop genre and gained coverage on Billboard, GAY Times, Line Of Best Fit, The 405 and Wonderland Magazine.
All of this success was leading up to the release of her highly anticipated six-track debut EP I Never Felt Hollywood an expertly crafted debut with catchy melodies, chant-worthy lyrics and dreamy vocals. The EP puts a mirror up to Foxgluvv’s queer experience walking the listener through moments of frustration (Intro (I Never Felt Hollywood)), longing (Desperately Seeking Susan) love, acceptance and celebration of her identity (Fashion Hurts). The EP was featured on New Music Friday Suomi, Out Now: Unlike Any Other, Queer Necessities. Foxgluvv has since been playing this new material on the live music scene at O2 Academy Islington, Thousand Island and her debut headline show with GIRLI.
