ABOUT THIS BAND

Based in Bristol where the four band members met studying, Isaac, Jordanna, James and Niamh all originally hail from the surrounding counties and South Wales. Despite keeping a low-profile on social media and not releasing any music until late 2023, word of mouth led to their first demos being played on BBC Radio 1 and BBC 6 Music, with their early local headline shows selling out and one die-hard fan even going as far as getting the band’s logo tattooed on their leg.

My First Time's connection with their staunch young fanbase is born out of a shared energy for having fun at shows and relatable lyrical tales of youth, cheap thrills, and hoping for change.

My First Time's new single "Workwear" is out now on Submarine Cat Records. My First Time are Isaac Stroud-Allen (guitar/lead-vocal), Jordanna Forsey (drums), James Mellen (guitar/vocal) and Niamh Jones (bass/vocal).
