ABOUT THIS BAND

Moonpools are a five-piece from Basel, Switzerland. The unmistakable sound of UK shoegaze has left an indelible mark upon the group, as they harness the wall of sound-dreaminess of Cocteau Twins, Ride and my bloody valentine, then refreshing it with a modern pop inflection.

So far, the band released two EPs ‘Turbulent Times’ (2019) and ‘Damaged Goods’ (2022) which received media support from the likes of BBC Introducing, Amazing Radio, VISIONS, SRF 3 and earned the band support slots for Mild Orange, The Grogans, Pile amongst others.
