Based in London, Lunch hold a grinning floodlight to the characters and catastrophes of modern British living. Their abrasive sound mixes break-neck post punk and head-bopping indie hooks with shout-along lyrics, quickly earning them a reputation across England for their sweaty and energetic live shows.

As a prolific live act, Lunch have spent 2023 supporting the likes of Panic Shack, Hot Wax and Pulled Apart By Horses and have received radio plays from Tom Robinson on BBC 6 Music, Gemma Bradley on BBC Radio 1 and a featured artist slot on BBC Introducing London from Jess Iszatt.
