ABOUT THIS ARTIST
Lo Ersare AKA Lucky Lo is a Swedish songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist originally from Umeå and based in Denmark (2014-) and Tokyo (2018-). Lucky Lo is her main solo project since 2019 and consist of bassplayer / co-producer Asger Nordtorp Pedersen (Guldimund), guitarrist Mads Nørgaard (the Nest) and drummer Casper Henning Hansen (Moi Caprice, Choir of young believers). Having lived in several countries, worked as a street musician, a model, and been portrayed by Japanese lifestyle media, Lucky Lo has seen the world. Lo is a diverse musician who can perform in a broad spectrum of musical genres thanks to her background in folk-music, jazz, performance art and improvisation. She puts all of this flavour into her quirky & heartfelt modern-retro songs, a sound that oozes with positive energy & enchantment.
With a debut album slated for late 2021 on Tambourhinoceros (Molina, School of X), this artist will also be supported by more singles, music videos and shows.
