city: East London, TurinThe East London-based musician and visual artist is launching a new single, “Shame of Shin, ” which anticipates an upcoming album. Following the release of Modern Man last month, this second single shares a similar artwork style but features a blue azure matte finish and an irregular geometric shape. Active with two albums and one EP (Ride On and A Prophet After His Turkish Bath, both released in 2022), the psychedelic Italian artist from Turin (IT) returns with what has been promised to be his loudest work yet a more political, grounded, and practical sound.
The phrase “Shame of Shin” stands out as a central motif, possibly referring to regret, struggle, or a personal burden. The song feels like a road anthem, a moment of reckoning, and a call to embrace the unknown all at once. "Shame of Shin" will be the B-side of the Modern Man vinyl, available for pre-order on the artist’s Bandcamp. A physical launch show will take place at The Bath House in Hackney on May 24th.
