fasano is matty fasano. as one of the first signees on the acclaimed GODMODE label, fasano put out two records of broken, lost folk songs. "the barn" and "the factory" were humble, low-fi affairs that mostly found him creating insular pop worlds straight into a macbook pro.

after singing with LCD Soundsystem on their first "last" tour, he started making dance music. he formed the house of feelings crew and produced roaming, underground dance parties before holing up in the studio and giving his time to other artists of similar tendency.

"the other day" is his first solo release on house of feelings records.
