Out today (19th Nov), Brighton’s AtticOmatic share serene new single ‘The Bunker’ ahead of an intimate hometown show this Friday at Rossi Bar.
Rooted in the soothing etherealness of dream-pop, but touching on the sensualities of electronica and contemporary jazz, AtticOmatic’s is a gently shape-shifting introspection, one that carries all the elemental serenities of a seafront brooding at high tide.
Forming in a house-share in Brighton, and including members of contemporaries Flip Top Head in it’s five-strong line up, new single ‘The Bunker’ rounds of a busy 2024 which has seen AtticOmatic sell-out their last headline show at Alphabet in April, be personally invited by Nabihah Iqbal to support her at The 100 Club in September (she also spun the band on her curated BBC Radio 6Music special), and notch up shows with the likes of highschool, Whitelands, wonderbug, Hank, and TV Priest.
