Beginning as a music blog established in 2008, and launched as a craft cassette label in 2009 by artists Matthewdavid and Jesselisa - Leaving acknowledges early support & assistance from Los Angeles All Genre leaders dublab, Alpha Pup, and Poobah. From Nov 2012 - Dec 2020 Leaving was distributed by Stones Throw.
