thomTide is the musical project by New Jersey born, San Diego based Lee Rutledge
thomTide challenges the typical structure of an album release, which is commonly packaged into a collection of songs and consumed at once. The songs that comprise thomTide’s debut project will be released bi-weekly over the course of a year. If you take the analogy that the traditional LP or EP is like a "movie," thomTide will be releasing a "TV show" of music, where a single is an episode and the seasons coincide with the seasons of the year: Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer.
