Ziemba is the musical pseudonym of El Paso-based songwriter, producer, and journalist René Kladzyk. René’s most recent album “True Romantic” was released in September 2020 by Sister Polygon Records to critical acclaim and heart-wrenching effect. René also works as a reporter for El Paso Matters, where she authors in-depth and investigative journalism on immigration and human rights. She has a dog named Penny and concocts perfumes in her spare time. René has a new, extremely depressing album coming soon.
