24-year old producer, VHOOR, is one of Brazil’s brightest talents to take the international stage. Hailing from the city of Belo Horizonte, VHOOR has been able to build a loyal fanbase both in Brazil and overseas, mixing global electronic music with Brazilian and Afro-Latino rhythms..

VHOOR currently works with some of Brazil’s brightest talents in the Hip Hop, Electronic, and Baile Funk realm. His latest album “BAILE” with Brazilian rapper FBC, helped modernize Miami Bass and Freestyle production and was widely featured on various Best Albums of 2021 lists. The album was applauded by Brazilian media and the single “Se Ta Solteira” went viral on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

VHOOR continues to push the boundaries of electronic music production, importing international genres and incorporating them with Brazilian Baile Funk and other lesser known Brazilian rhythms. His solo instrumental albums (Ritmo, Baile & Vibes, Baile & Sauce, etc), and his work as part of the collective Weird Baile (alongside producers Mu540 and JLZ), have expanded the conversation on the potential of Brazilian electronic music.
