The Wits

The Wits comprises Seanpaul Fabiani on Vocals (18), Seán Green on Guitar andBacking Vocals (18), Gabriel McNelis on Guitar (18), Jude McNelis on Bass Guitar(16) and Adrian Woodside on Drums (18), who formed in August 2021. After astring ofgigs throughout their native Inverclyde & beyond, the band releasedtheir debut single “Memory” in June of 2022. The release was followed by a seriesof sold out shows from Edinburgh to Glasgow which included2sold-out headlineat the legendary King Tuts.Adding on to this with a few support slots with up andcoming Scottish bands SLIX, The Big Day and Gallus. The band’s sound boastsinfluences ranging from Fontaines D.C. to Echo & the Bunnymen with theexuberant pop-rock maximalism of Declan McKennathrown in for good measure.Following an appearance at the Isle of Wight Festival and The Garage, the bandlooks forwardto releasing new single“Second Thought” produced by RyanHunter of The Big Day and Chris Marshall–representing an ability to merge pophooks withpunchy guitars and atmosphere
