ABOUT THIS BAND

For eight years, The Gloomies, led by Andrew Craig, have steadily risen in the music scene. Their debut single "LSD" in 2015 marked the start, earning them the title of "Buzz band of the week" on NME. Their signature style blends fuzzy surf punk with infectious melodies. Originally hailing from a small coastal town, where the influence of the sea and sun found its way into the band's music. With their upcoming album, “Slime and the stems” they are once again evolving their sound, this time into a realm of dirty loops that almost sound sampled, all while maintaining the poetic quality of their lyrics.
