ABOUT THIS BAND

Formed in South London in 2015 from 4 members of Scottish band Molly Wagger; St. Serf combine elements of garage rock, pop rock, and shoegaze to form a laid back, lush, guitar driven sound full of rich melody. After playing around the London and Edinburgh music scenes for some time, and experimenting with different sounds and genres, these three Scots (Charlie Denholm, James Denholm, and David Ayre) and one Englishman (Charlie Johnson) created St. Serf to bring together their collective creative voice. The band have already begun to garner strong praise for their distinctive songwriting and sophisticated musical style, leading to favourable comparisons with bands such as Deerhunter, Real Estate, and Tame Impala.
