Scrunchies is a Minneapolis, MN-based rock band featuring guitarist and vocalist Laura Larson (Laura Larson, Kitten Forever, Cadette, Baby Guts), drummer Danielle Cusack (Bruise Violet), and bassist Matt Castore (Condominium). The trio brings a loud and energetic live set, recalling the messy and cathartic energy of late 80s grunge, punk, and post-punk bands; with heavy and melodic rock scorchers with surrealist lyrics that explore the personal and political.
