I am a British Egyptian composer based in London. Alongside my own projects, I work closely with film directors, writers and artists to create bespoke scores and sound for film, TV, games, radio, theatre and installations. My work seeks to engage with the world in progressive ways, often negotiating the fringes of instrumental, electronic and field recording. I am also a pianist and improvisor, performing solo and in ensembles across the world. My work has been featured on the BBC, Channel 4 and the Guardian, and in spaces including the National Theatre, the Tate and the ICA. I'm happy to connect with writers, directors, activists and artists so feel free to get in touch.
