Quién es Geronimo is the solo project of Chilean composer and producer Tomás Novoa Mendizabal. Mostly recorded at home, the resulting material blends folk, psychedelic, and progressive influences, creating a submersible, almost cinematic experience. After participating of Santiago's independent music scene until 2016, he settles in Rotterdam, where he spends the next 4 years and actively collaborates with artists from the Dutch music scene, forming a creative alliance with producer and multi-instrumentalist Kees Braam, and Dawn Brothers bass player Tammo Deuling. After passing through some of The Netherlands classic underground stages and festivals, Tomás migrates to Berlin, where he continues to develop his personal project and collaborates with long-time friend and producer Pablo Thiermann. After acquiring some life-changing experience in Germany's capital, he decides to move to Mexico City, encouraged by his friend Andrés Lupone (Diles que no me maten), looking for a different climate, both physical and emotional. Once in Mexico, Tomás, who during the past years has been relentlessly working on his debut album (Mi Casa), a deeply oneiric and harmonically rich album, signs with Austin-based record label Western Vinyl and starts working on the release of his music. Along side, he has acted as producer and session musician, and has collaborated with friends and artists such as Federico Dannemann, Francisco Victoria, Benjamín Walker, among others.
