Helping Hand is the second single from Pet Owner’s upcoming debut album Natural Behaviour. It casually negotiates the basic questions of a love relationship whilst living in a shared apartment (such as socks lying around). With Pet Owner's clear vocals, the pleasantly crunching guitar and many cutesy noises, the song is an elegant balancing act between dreamy catchiness and emotional depth.
Pet Owner is a solo project by Lucerne-based musician Lea Mathis. Her music is a contemporary mélange of folktronica and bubblegum pop. The first single Hysterical (released May 18th) was added to the Fresh Finds Indie playlist, premiered by HighClouds (BE Blog), published on the YouTube channels of David Dean Burkhart and BIRP! and got support from many blogs and radios.
