Blah, Blah, F*cking, Blah...

Since forming on a megabus in 2019 with a difficult-to-Google name, MEMES released their self-titled debut EP on Fierce Panda Records in 2020.

Their infectious brand of indie-punk has been played on BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music, Radio X, Sirius XM, KEXP and more, covered by Pitchfork, God Is In The TV, and The Skinny magazine.

The band have supported artists including The Parrots, Billy Nomates, KNEECAP, Sprints, Joe & The Shitboys and played festivals including SXSW, The Great Escape, Eurosonic ESNS, Mutations, Left of The Dial, Long Division and more.

Their latest singles Heavy Night and Second Thought were produced by artist/producer Darwin Deez, with more new music just around the corner.

"I like this so much that I'm going to play it every day this week" Steve Lamacq (BBC 6 Music)

"A band I saw live last week, I've been following them for a while and they did not disappoint. Saw them at the Moth Club and they were full of energy, humour, and were totally charming.” Amy Lame (BBC 6 Music)

"It's impossible to listen to MEMES without the corners of your mouth turning up slightly; you can almost hear the twinkle in their eyes through rattling instruments and sneering vocals" The Skinny
