LUNACY injects a grisly and downtrodden hybrid of darkwave, industrial and post-punk with pounding, pessimistic nihilism without ever losing sight of the burning bridges lighting the path towards better days.
On “UNIVERSAL PRESSURE,” the shadow figure warps sheets of noise like overgrown and abandoned railroad ties. Meditative synth pads, dense like old growth, line the sonic landscape. The shadow figure wanders in seclusion; salvages memory from the scrap.
“BEYOND THE LIGHT” pushes past ruination and collapse, through the sinking feeling and into eternal fire. The shadow figure emerges and sings - whose baritone rings through smoke and fog, heavy and thick. Around Lunacy, grainy lo-fi guitars crumble, wither and rot.
