Behind Looney Gloomers stand two lead singers and two multi-instrumentalists, introducing their very own indie sub-genre called New Now. The Copenhagen and London-based four-piece is formed by an actor, a producer, a teacher and a tech manager with one mission in mind; DRINK BEER AND MAKE MUSIC THAT MATTERS.
Their debut album 'House of Dying Days' was praised by Danish and international media and is a coherent concept-album, with a brave story told from start to finish.
Their second album 'Between Good Friends' was a huge risk, as the band made yet another concept album; but contrary to their debut, the process of rapid, impulsive writing and recordings was in conceptual focus. This 8-tracker was written recorded and produced in only 20 days with producer Søren Buhl Lassen in Copenhagen.
