Bonding over a mutual love of bands like Duster and Acetone, musicians Lottie Pendlebury (guitarist/singer/songwriter Goat Girl) and Toby Evans-Jesra (guitarist/singer/songwriter leather.head) set to work making tunes soon after meeting. Enlisting a trusted friend in Josh Gormley on drums, who “immediately got what the pair were after”, the trio’s endearing brand of strung-out alt-rock is an intimate and welcome counterpoint to the frenetic energy of some of their other musical outlets.

‘in the wall’ is the band’s recorded debut. Encapsulating the tenderness of their live shows, Pendlebury and Evans-Jesra’s complimentary dual vocals fuse seamlessly atop of layered acoustic, electric guitars, and washy drums in a textural interaction between art-rock and progressive folk.
