KREIDLER are Thomas Klein, Alexander Paulick and Andreas Reihse. The band was founded in 1994, with their debut Riva released on a Parisian label. The first of 29 releases, with TWISTS (A VISITOR ARRIVES) in January 2024.
KREIDLER toured Europe, Asia and America. In techno clubs, in rock venues, in concert halls. At Sonar, Roskilde, Nrmal, SXSW, or Cervantino.
KREIDLER performed for artists like Rosemarie Trockel, Thea Djordjadze, Mike Kelley or Andreas Gursky. For a project of Djordjadze and Trockel they co-opt with singer Asmik Grigorian at Elbphilharmonie Hamburg in 2019.
KREIDLER music was shown in installations e.g. at CTM, at Image Movement or in Mischa Kuball's res·o·nant at Jewish Museum Berlin.
Videos Au-Pair, La Casa, Moth Race, Tornado, and Eurydike were awarded at short film festival in Oberhausen.
KREIDLER co-worked with Klaus Dinger (NEU!), Add (N) to X, Young Gods, Leo Garcia, Chicks on Speed, or Anika. And remixed Einstürzende Neubauten, Depeche Mode, Faust or Eurythmics.
KREIDLER music has graced catwalks of Lagerfeld, Chanel, Lacoste, Maison Margiela, or Giles Deacon. They worked with authors like Jacob Wren, Momus, Ricardo Domeneck or Sibylle Berg.
KREIDLER composed several film soundtracks. The web-extension of Pallotta's/Wolting's The Last Hijack was awarded with a Digital Emmy in 2015. They have an ongoing collaboration with director Heinz Emigholz. His movie 2+2=22 (The Alphabet) is built around KREIDLER'S ABC recording session in Tbilisi.
