Young French producer and Beat maker from Saint Etienne, France. Jesza could be defined as a sentimental geek: sentimental because he is a young man that started making music with his friend Posa and planned to take over the world with him, but life decided something else, and his friend’s death became a promise to keep on going whatever it takes. Geek because of his love for music hardware, and his thirst for continuous learning and digging into software knowledge. Pelican Fly affiliated since 2018, Jesza had a pretty busy year: with two singles and 3 EP’s already released in 2020, three collaborative tracks with Jaymie Silk, Mister Tweeks and Richelle on a mini label compilation (PF Camp 01 - Nov.27 2020) and two of them being premiered on TRAX and Mixmag, His 4th EP marks the end of the year and keeps on paving the way for the release of his first album in 2021. His music is an unexpected meeting between heavy rap beats presets and patterns, a sound design that would more likely be used in Techno or IDM and melodies and chords inherited from 70’s psychedelic rock bands.
