The Swedish Avant-garde, Hyperpop Artist & Producer Donnie Castle, based in Gothenburg, introduced himself as one to watch with his single trilogy, including the widely acclaimed single 'Oooh', in the spring of 2017. It was written about his struggle to leave a destructive life behind. The singles received widespread attention around the world, got radio plays on national radio in Sweden and Germany and was supported by Fresh Finds and none other than the artist Flume.

Gothenburg-based avant garde producer Donnie Castle released his debut single trilogy "The Avoidance of Daily Life" in 2017, with the internationally celebrated single Oooh. With this he got the attention from leading music media, tastemakers, radio and even Australian recording artist Flume. The following year he released the debut mixtape "Donnie", featuring guest appearances from OG Maco, Rome Fortune and many more. With this he cemented his position as one of the most interesting new producers in Sweden.
This year the artist have taken gigantic leaps in his production and released two albums with only a few months apart. The two albums "Donnie II", follow up to 2018 years debut mixtape "Donnie" and "All My Names" holds very different expressions but at its core it's the same DIY production style that Donnie Castle have made his own.
The new single "911" is a collaboration with hyped Icelandic artist dady (now residing in Copenhagen). Since they worked together on the eclectic track "◯ Δ ◕" from the debut mixtape "Donnie", the two have searched for an opportunity to work together again. Together they form a dream team on this melodic and catchy anti-love alternative RnB track.
