365 million years ago a meteorite crashed with tremendous force in the middle of a land mass that much later would be called Sweden, creating one of her largest lakes. Perhaps it's no coincidence that the skies over Siljan later became the focus of unexplainable sightings, or that small societies appeared, claiming strong indications of extraterrestrial activities on the bottom of the lake itself. Many strange tales has been told over the years about this mysterious lake. And now the time has come for a new one.
Producer colleagues Hans Berg and Johanna Knutsson have spent long periods of time in a studio by Siljan. Feeling a bit like alien themselves with their blinking and bleeping music machines, the label name UFO Station Recordings came naturally.
